As a technical winding company, one of our core tasks is to rewind generators and electric motors. During this process, an oven is used so that the machines can dry and the lacquer can cure. To increase production capacity, EMRI has invested in a new oven. This oven has internal dimensions of 325 x 235 x 220 cm. As it result, capacity has been doubled.
In addition to doubling capacity, another factor also plays an important part in selecting the right oven: it is very important to achieve an even and constant temperature in the whole oven. This guarantees even curing of the lacquer, which benefits the quality and operating lifetime of the machines.
