Our products are always tested before shipment and we always include a testing label. Is the product still defective? Then you can request a warranty with our service department. For this you must meet the warranty conditions:

• The warranty period of 6 months has not yet expired.
• The defect may not have been caused by improper use or incorrect handling.
• You must be able to prove that the defect was caused by us.
