- High pressure cleaning of all generator windings
- Drying of rotor and stator windings
- Impregnation and drying of all windings
- Measure and check all windings
- Measure and check of bearing seating
- Repair of bearing seating or housing ( additional costs)
- Cleaning of bearing house and bearing house covers
- Renewal of bearing lubrication
- Dynamic balancing
- Assembling of the generator
- Check and tighten all connections
- Overhaul of connection box
- Installation of current transformers and avr
- Test of voltage regulation and power factor controller if applicable
- Full load test
- Dynamic behaviour test
